Our Commitment We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligible Returns (14 Days) We accept returns and offer full refunds in the following cases only:

• Item arrived damaged or defective
• Wrong item was sent by us
• Item significantly different from product description

Non-Eligible Returns We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Wrong size selected by customer (size guide is clearly provided on each product page)
• Personal preference or dissatisfaction not related to product quality

Refund Process

• No need to return the item — we will issue a full refund upon receiving photo/video proof of the issue
• Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

European Union Customers As per EU law, EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
